Fast Email Support
You can use our email support to reach one of our support techs quickly by using our online contact form, or simply by emailing us at support@phpProposal.com. Please include any pertinent information that will help us determine the exact issues you are having including any error messages displayed along with steps you may have taken to get to the issue. This will speed up our ability to assist you with your issues resolution.
Online Documentation
We have Full Documentation for phpProposal, including Installation Instructions and a Quickstart Guide which can assist with many issues that our users have quickly and efficiently. The documentation is thoroughly categorized for fast, easy solutions to most common issues.
phpProposal Community Forums
We have an active community available to assist with many issues that do not require hands-on support. Many of our clients and staff check in daily to look for new updates, changes, support, and just to hang out and help others. We believe in the community spirit and as such we also encourage participation such as feature requests, bug alerts, and helping others get the most out of our software. In this vein we often offer incentives such as discounts on other software, commisions on sales sent by you, and sporadic giveaway contests.
